Any idea how we remove the box that automatically prefills into every spot we would add information?? I am an insurance agent and everytime I want to add information into an application the box is their making it hard to view the client's information.

If you are looking to remove the LastPass icon in field please access your extension settings and disable the icon, here are the steps:
Go to your browser extension, in the bottom right click on account.
Go to extension settings, in the left side panel find the option Notifications.
Disable Show autofill icon in fields.
Once done, close and re-open your internet browser.
