ADO Comment Filling Out

The last pass extension is filling out this fill automatically even though it is not a username field. I have confirmed that it is coming from the Edge extension as if I disable it, it stops doing this. It doesn't happen every time.

2. Clearing your browser's cookies and cache
3. Restart the browser
4. Reinstalling the extension from https://lastpass.com/misc_download2.php
5. Login via the extension and run a test
