I apologize for the connectivity problem today. There was a brief disruption of some login pages earlier today which may have affected your ability to access the LastPass app. The issue was quickly identified and resolved. Please let us know if you notice anything else.
I had the same issue today, for some 2+(!) hours. I was quite pissed off for not being able to access none of my passwords at work. Searching for any contacts or a place to file a complaint only brought me to Lastpass community forum (that is not even a direct contact with the employees but is the best that "Support" section can offer, lol)... on which you are free to write about your troubles, IF you log in, WHICH WAS THE POINT OF THE WHOLE ISSUE.
Meanwhile, Lastpass' "Past incidents" section declares that there have been no incidents reported today and everything has just been working fine.
This is not the first time either that login through browser has been impossible for extended time. Apparently Lastpass does not come up on the lists of the best free password managers anymore either so seems to be excellent time to migrate somewhere else.
Created an urgent case with support to see... We will get back to you soon? I wonder how long soon is?
I am having the same problem today, tried all the suggested solutions without any success, now left with no means to access my vault to get even my emails??
