urgent help please

When I log in all I get is a blank page with a black wide margin. I AM DESPERATE. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.

NEED TO BE ABLE TO WORK AND ALL MY LOGINS ARE IN LAST PASS.

Welcome to the LastPass Community. I'm really sorry for the frustration this has caused.

Issues like this are often related to cached data in the browser. To fix it, please try the following steps:

1. Delete the LastPass extension by going here and clicking 'Remove from Chrome'.
2. On Chrome, click the three dots at the top right corner and go to 'Settings'.
3. Go to Privacy and Security > Third-party cookies > See all site data and permissions.
4. Delete 'lastpass.com'.
5. Go back to the Chrome Web Store and reinstall LastPass.
