I work within a business and I don't want to the entire business users to be charged the premium access feature just for one off Support request.

We do suggest that for private questions that is better to contact support directly to avoid sharing personal information or private in the public forum. Go to this link https://support.lastpass.com/s/contact-us log in you will see the option to create a call me request and one of our agents will contact you as soon as possible.
