Why can't I login using OTP generated in Vault> Advanced Options?

Cannot use a One Time Password generated via "Generate Secure Password"> "Copy"> 'Success- Password Copied" showing at top of Vault. I then went to Advanced Options> Manage One-Time Passwords> "Manage your one-time password" that comes up on new browser tab> click that box> box pops up with E-mail address and blank password box> I enter password and moment later goes back to same "manage your one-time password screen.

It sounds like you might be referring to two different features:

The password generator, which is used to create secure passwords for saved sites in your vault.
One-time passwords (OTPs), which are used for added security when logging into your LastPass account.

If you can share a bit more about what you’re trying to accomplish, I’d be happy to point you in the right direction and walk through the correct steps.

If you’re also experiencing any performance issues, you can try the following basic troubleshooting steps:

Delete the LastPass browser extension.
Clear your browser's cookies.
Reinstall the extension and log in.

I'm trying to generate One-Time Passwords (OTP). 1st sceenshot is where I try to generate a password and the 2nd (bottom) screenshot is what I see when I click on "manage one-time passwords". I enter user name and password from LastPass Account & click O.K. and goes right back to that same screen….what could be the problem?

I'm trying to generate OTP's so I can use them if I forget my master password or want to sign-in from a public computer. This is what I see when I go to Vault> Advanced Options> generate secure password (1st screenshot) and then manage one-time passwords (2nd screenshot)…. I already tried the above steps you sent me.

This is all I see when trying to generate & try to view the OTP's. I am using a Windows 10 Home Laptop PC & have tried Firefox and Microsoft Edge Browsers with LastPass Extension installed on both. Thank you
