Stuck and Frustrated…
I have 2 really frustrating problems with my vault.
Background: I am a free user running Chrome with the Lastpass Extension. I'm a long time user with no problems until just today.
- Exporting: I'm trying to export my vault. When I do, it's exporting an empty .csv file.
- Can't login on different browser. One solution I read about was to go to a different browser and log in there and try to export. But for some reason, it seems that the system thinks I have the wrong master password when I tried to login using Firefox. I feel pretty certain I have the right password, but I'm still stuck. I've tried to login a bunch of times thinking I was typing my password wrong- but no luck. Also strange that the system did not warn me about excessive login attempts? That fact alone makes me think my account is locked. Also, even though I still have access in Chrome, I'm not able to change my master password because the system says I'm entering the wrong password.
Is there anyway anyone can help me check the status of my account and possibly reset my master password? Also help me with the export?
