Now having LastPass show in strange place like Excel Online sheet names and other boxes for several other site where it didn't before. Also Edge isn't always filling with the login options, instead seeing 'time for a refresh' message. multiple machines.

Can you please provide some examples of sites where LastPass is offering to autofill or save data unrelated to the login itself?
A screen shot without your personal data like email or address would help us understand the issue better.

I had a user at our organization experience the same thing. Using Edge and the login is federated through Okta. When this "Time to refresh" message happened, they no longer could see any items in their vault and had to log out/log in again. A little frustrating though and am curious if a root cause was discovered by LastPass

If other users run into the same issue, I recommend having them follow the same troubleshooting steps: 1. Uninstall the LastPass extension (if your organization allows it). 2. Clear all LastPass cookies. 3. Reinstall the extension. If the issue persists, or if you notice LastPass filling in unexpected or unrelated fields in sites like Excel, please let me know. We are having the same issue in our organization. Lastpass is now trying to populate the users credentials in the Excel Online “new sheet” or “rename sheet” view. We uninstalled and reinstalled the extension, cleared the cache, etc to no avail.
