OK, really dumb question but here goes...I downloaded the Authenticator app to my cell phone as an added 2FA measure. The six digit number keeps refreshing, I don't want to add all my sites just want to have 2FA.

Most MFA options will utilize a number sequence that constantly changes so that only your device will be able to see the current number or phrase assigned to that login at that time.

** If you don't want to store passwords in LastPass you may also utilize the LastPass Authenticator by itself for other services.
