Last pass doesn't work in Safari. In preferences I have ticked the box to allow Last Pass in Safari but it doesn't fill in passwords on any website in safari

We apologize in advance for the issues you have been experiencing using your LastPass account. I have killed all of your sessions and I have also cleared your sharing keys. To resolve this issue please do the following:
log out of the LastPass extension remove the LastPass extension clear your cache and cookies from your browser add the LastPass extension (download it at lastpass.com/download) log in and test it out and test it out
