Not getting verification email when logging in via iOS mobile app.

I have an iphone XR on IOS18.

I am attempting to log into my account, it tells me to review my login information and look out for a verification email. That email never comes.

However, if I attempt to log in from an "untrusted" web browser, I get the same "review your login info and look out for a verification email"... that email DOES show up.

However, because I am a free user, the PC Browser tells me my account type is set to "mobile" and I have 2 free switches left. I want to remain on Mobile, but I can't log in to mobile??!?

Note: I have waited more than an hour for the verification email from mobile login to show up, I have checked spam/junk folders. The verification email when logging into PC shows up straight away in the email inbox.

I checked your account and on 10/03/2025 we did send you a login verification email, it shows that you received them, you opened it and were able to verify the location/device, I also see multiple failed log in attempts. Lets do this, please follow the steps outlined on the link below to reset your master password:
