On my android, it says that I am offline and clicking reconnect doesn't work. I see some old posts that you have to manually disable offline mode but I can't find that setting.

Welcome to the LastPass Community Support!
In order to turn off offline mode access to the application. Then go to Settings > Security > scroll down to the bottom under More options and you will see the offline mode option for your to turn it off.
