Recieved the email below.

I am on a free account to this feature is not even enabled, but wanted to check just in case. Can someone from the team please check.

And please explain is this even possible? What kind of checks would allow this change without my permission?

The previous beneficiary was replaced with logan70@zoho.com. Since ....... is the account holder, we're notifying you directly.

We recommend you undo the beneficiary change if this activity wasn't yours.

Thank you for your time and report, based on your report and experience it does not look like the email is legitimate, if you're under a Free subscription you do not have the ability to use the "Emergency access" feature, so that's the first hint that will tell us the email is not coming from us.

Second, the person that will be able to change who's their emergency is always you so it cannot be replaced or changed by somebody else, for more details about how Emergency works, in case you would like to upgrade in the future you can check this support article: About the emergency access feature.
