Why was the Secure notes Edit screen changed for the worse?

Recently I noticed that the Note section of Secure Notes (the section I use the most) was condense to show more of thing less used features like "Advanced Options"? Is it just me or does anyone else find this very annoying? Also, how about adding a "Usability" tag?

We're aware of the slight functionality loss there, and plan to improve the visibility of Notes within the Vault.

Great question.

This change was part of a larger Vault improvement plan, after significant user feedback from prior instances. The hope is to improve functionality and accessibility for the long term, and we will continue to move forward with these changes once this issue is fully resolved.

I would strongly disagree with the "slight functionality loss". This is a major functionality loss, I would call it slight if you could change the note window size and it would keep the new size, but no it reverts to what 5 lines??? This needs to be fixed ASAP.
