LP won't save new passwords or notes additions

Question

Lately, I've been frustrated because LastPass won't let me save a new password (of my choosing) OR any notes or note additions. What is up? This makes LastPass virtually unusable on Chrome. I have a compromised password that I needed to reset. I reset it with the company, but LP won't let me change it. I am using Chrome on an iMac when this happens. I had to make the change on my iPhone, which does not seem to be affected, and when I am on Chrome it transferred properly to Chrome after I reset it on my iPhone.Thank you!

Hi - I'm having the same issue with LP not saving new or updated passwords. Is there an update on the fix?

We apologize in advance for the issues you have been experiencing using your LastPass account. This is a known issue that our engineers are working on at this time. Please use the following workaround:

click on the LastPass extension

click on "search your vault"

locate item

update item as needed
