Here is my situation. I was a member on a Family plan purchased by someone else in the family. That person has left LastPass so my account was converted to a Free account. I want to upgrade to a Family account and keep my current vault, settings and passwords etc. When I try to do the upgrade the LastPass system tells me that I have to change my User ID. I don't want to do that. I want to keep everything the same and just upgrade to Family. My user profile indicates that I am still a Family plan member but I actually am a Free member at this time. Could that be the problem? How can I upgrade to Family plan and still keep my same User ID, setting, vault, etc. Thanks for any help.
