Verification emails not arriving

Hi, Yesterday I had an error with LastPass. I use Chrome, so I fixed it in my extensions, but after entering my password, I get a message telling me to check my email. I checked, and nothing arrived. This happened several times until my account was 'Temporarily Locked'. I've asked for help through official channels, but it's taking too long. I know one day might not seem like much, but I need access to my vault. I couldn't even log in to this community forum because it kept asking for email verification that never arrives. It's the same on Firefox. I had to create this new account just to post here and get some help. 

PS I would like to add that I DID receive the email about the temporary lock and the email with my case number. The only emails that are not arriving are the login verification/provisioning emails.

That message can either indicate you are using a new device / location, have cleared your cookies, or are using the wrong password. If you're sure of the password, please check your Primary and Security account email address' for these domains:

• @lastpass.com
• @sendgrid.com
• @m.lastpass.com
• @t.lastpass.com

It's also possible your email provider is intentionally blocking the verification requests, so you may want to check with them first.

Otherwise, you should use your new account to click "Request help" confirming the account status from the main recovery article. Without knowing the account login we cannot confirm if you're entering the password correctly.
