Unable to revoke a shared item

I have 4 items that I have shared with a person that has had to reset their lastpass account (start from scratch). They no longer appear in that person's list of items that others shared with them so I have tried to revoke the share but I can't. In the Sharing Center it looks like they get deleted but when I come back to the Sharing Center the items are still listed. Any ideas how to get them to show up for this other person again or why I can't revoke the original share?

Hello, and thanks for joining the new LastPass Community.

If there is a problem with an older shared item, we may want to delete that from our side so you may reshare it again through the Sharing Center. In this case, we can make the change quickly if you can contact Customer Support directly.

Alternatively, you may delete the Vault item and start over, though I realize that's not idea.
