Can't find telephone number for UK support - Premium Personal User

Question

I can't find a telephone number for this - it says I have it on this page :

The problem - I've just got a new phone and now seem to be locked out (kept same number).

When I ask for an SMS code to get in or for a call to me - both don't work - so I am stuck locked out.

Odd that I have to log in to talk to support - what if (as is) my problem is I can't log in !!
