The LastPass system allows for multiple MFA integrations in case your primary should fail. If something happened where you can't access the device for backup authentication either, then you'll need to reach LastPass Customer Support directly in order for them to confirm your identity via email before temporarily disabling the LPA requirement.
Within the LastPass Authenticator recovery article, select "Request help" to trigger a support email sent to your LastPass account address. You must respond to the support requests in order to confirm your ID and make the account change.
