I'm constantly being logged out after 5 / 10 minutes

After I log in, without any warning, after a period of time (which is usually 5 to 10 minutes) I'm being logged out of my account.

I've tried the following:

- Clearing my cookies and cache

- Different browsers on the same Mac

- Different computer with different browsers

I always get logged out no matter what.

My wife stays logged in on her account indefinitely, the moment I log it with my account on her computer I get logged out.

I've looked at my settings page on my account but I don't see anything out of the ordinary.

This is very frustrating as every time I need to get access to a password I need to log in again.

About your issue, we need you to confirm that the "Automatic Log Off" is set for 2 weeks as it is the default time, to do so, simply access your vault > Account Settings > Show advance settings > "Automatic Log Off"
