When entering my correct known password multiple times and that password being denied, eventually triple checked against what I had written down but still could not get in. I then proceeded to my desktop where I was still signed in to see what happened if I tried changing the password from there to see if it would work on my laptop. To be able to change the password, you have to enter the old password, which I did, the same one I tried using on the laptop and was successful, and was able to change the password to a new one. That was about a week or two ago. I tested the new password on the laptop and it worked.
Today, when on my my desktop and signing into my bank account, a pop up asked for my LP password (which LP does when on sentitive sites like banks), the same sequence of events happened where my password didn't work again, even when checking what was written down, but again I was able to change the password again when Inside My Vault on the desktop.
This is getting worrisome. Can someone please tell me what is going on?!
