LastPass removes user name when logging in

Question

Wife & I share a LastPass acct. When she uses LastPass to log on to one specific site from her computer her user name shows but is then quickly removed.If LastPass is closed, her name remains. No problems using my computer for same log in. Her name is not removed.LastPass Autofill and Auto login both not checked. Is this a LastPass issueor maybe a Google Chrome issue? Any advise is appreciated. Thanks.

Not sure why you say the issue has been resolved. I have not seen any resolution. In fact, the only response is yours stating the problem is resolved. Obviously, this makes no sense. Please advise if you know the answer.
