Unable to login to disable 2FA "Lastpass Authenticator" which is blocking and failing MFA

Question

HIGH-PRIORITY HELP NEEDED: I need to disable my MFA because l have lost online access to my safe on LastPass.

I'm unable to disable my MFA; LastPass authenticator is failing to provide a successful code, so my logins even to get a support ticket have failed.

There is no phone number that I can find.

I know my master password; the problem is the failure of Authenticator. I have no wish to change it just so I can disable Authenticator.

Support has not gotten back to me despite two/three contact forms entering my Premium email ID.

Henry: I've been a very long-time Premium LastPass user and was even given a Yubikey by the founder at an RSA conference many years ago. I would like to remain a customer, but if I cannot get this resolved soon, I will need to leave the LastPass solution for something more responsive. I cannot have this solution in place over nearly all my devices, get locked out, and be unable to access the Vault for DAYS. Can you expedite this? No one has reached out to me or helped me other than you and I cannot imagine I have to wait through this weekend for a resolution. Thank you!

Thank you so much Henry. Yes: as it is urgent, I have tried now 3 times to use that form providing my registered email and have gotten no response. I am locked out of all my LastPass devices except for one that I can access offline. I'm worried that I will lose access to that phone and the only remaining access to my vault. If you can help jumpstart the support process by having someone call me, I will disable LastPass Authenticator immediately and change my SMS and calling number from my Google Voice account to something physical.

If so, please wait as email support is slower when compared to support via phone. I am sorry about the delay on getting a response but if you receive an email saying you will be contacted soon, then the case was created and it should be assigned to a representative.
