Hi Community, my annual family subscription expired. I want to switch to a monthly premium plan, but the payment page won’t let me select monthly. I also can’t raise a support ticket without an active account. How can I proceed?

In this case, we only offer annual subscriptions, so the entire year is paid up front.

At this time you are a free user, please log in and once you open the vault, you will be asked if you want to go premium, click on that option and you will be able to upgrade to a premium subscription by following the steps you will be provided. You may also renew via Google or Apple Pay stores.
