I can get a confirmation code to change my master password.

I can get a confirmation code to change my master password. When I try to reset my master password, I get an error "You tried sending too many SMS message. Please try again in a little while." How long will this restriction last?

I have reviewed your account and unfortunately it does not have any recovery one-time passwords available, SMS recovery will not work without it.Remember, the master password is 12 or more characters long and has at least one upper and lower case letter, number and symbol. It is also case sensitive so you may want to type it out in a text editor to check exactly how it is being entered.

Your account does show that at some point you generated a few temporary one-time passwords, if you can recall where you may have saved them you could use one to sign in and then copy out your sites, if you cannot remember you Master Password. Account lockouts last for 5 minutes, after that you can try to sign in again.

How can I do disable the SMS or maybe Customer Support can disable the SMS verification on my account?

I tried to restore my access to the profile, two days ago, when I tried to change the password, I received several text messages with the code, but they did not work, in subsequent attempts to receive text messages there was error. I don't know how to add images here with received SMS codes. On the website, I entered my e-mail and after that I received an SMS with a 6 significant code, and this is the only way to reset the password. How else can I reset Password, or is the only way to log in with a saved master password or a one time password?
