I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you. I have seen that in some cases the issue is related to an auto-log out setting under account settings > General > Security which is set for 1 minute or 1 hour or similar and it must be changed to the maximum allow which is 2 weeks. I also recommend following a few additional steps to ensure both your browser and the LastPass extension are fully up to date. Many of these issues are often caused by excessive cache or cookies, or by a synchronization problem within LastPass. Please take the following steps:
Note: Before taking any of these steps, please make sure you know your master password!
1. Clearthe LastPass cacheandrefresh sitesfrom the LastPass extension, log out
2. Proceed touninstall the LastPass extension, and clear cache and cookies (all time) on the browser. Remember to verify if the browser is up to date if it's Chrome check under Settings > About Chrome.
3. Close completely and reopen the browser,install the extension again, log back in, and verify if the issue persists
Please keep in mind that if you’re using a VPN, LastPass may log you out frequently. This can happen because your IP address and/or location change constantly while connected to a VPN, and the system may interpret these changes as unusual activity.
