Hi! I can't accept shared items. People seem to be ableto get them from me, though. It says "ERROR: We couldn't find the private key required for decrypting shared passwords." Online advice is not applicable and seems outdated.

I hope this message finds you well. I hava seen that message mostly when the user's does not ahve a sharing key generated. I recommend you to install the LastPass ext and login from there, directly. This in order for you to generate a sharing key that will help you to use the sharing without any problem.
