This issue could have several possible causes.
First I suggest testing an alternate web browser.
If that should fail, reboot the affected device, relaunch the web browser, and log back into LastPass.
You can also try rebooting your LAN or checking the connection through a different network.
Be sure there are no other browser plugins that may be blocking LastPass or conflicting with it's ability to connect.
