Thank you!  It seems the LastPass password somehow got stored on google passwords too.  I thought the red box with the dots was only used by LastPass.  After I deleted the passwords from both google passwords and LastPass and then reinputted it just to LastPass it got straightened out.

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. Please try to delete all the passwords you have stored for that site and make sure to purge them from the deleted files.

Then, try to store the site again in LastPass. If you are saving it and then the item does not get updated on a different device please log out and log in on the other device for your vault to sync with the server.
