My Face ID stopped working about a month ago (Can’t connect to Face ID error message). I updated theLast PassApp this morning but now I’m stuck because it won’t allow me to proceed past the Passwordless setup step.

Welcome to the LastPass Community.
We sent you a login verification email on 09/13/2025. It shows you received it and opened the email. Since you have verified the location/device, please remove the LastPass app on your mobile, turn off your mobile device for about 2 minutes, turn it back on, add the LastPass app again, log in, it should work now.
