Upgrading LastPass: How to Integrate Your Existing Free Account with a New Business Account

I signed up with LastPass last year with my work mail adress and use the free version. Now our company has given us business accounts, which include the private/family package. Can I somehow add my existing free account/or simply the login information to the new one? What options are there?
