Can't access "Account Settings" in the LastPass Firefox extension plugin

Question

Everytime I click on the LastPass browser extension icon in Firefox, and then click on the "Account" button, and then on the "Account Settings" from the pull down menu that opens up, it just throws me onto a new blank page within Firefox. MyLastPass extension plugin, Firefox browser and operating system (Windows 10 Pro 64-bit) are all up to date, and I have disabled all other browser extensions. I'm using a free LastPass account i.e. I don't have the Premium Subscription.

Thankyou for your answer. Clearing the cache in my Firefox web browser and reinstalling the LastPass extension fixed the problem.

I apologize for the huge inconvenience this is causing you. I have seen that this issue is mostly related to a high volume of cache, cookies, or a sync issue on LastPass. I will recommend following these steps:

Note: Before making any of these steps, please make sure you know your master password!

1. Clearthe LastPass cacheandrefresh sitesfrom the LastPass extension, log out

2. Proceed touninstall the LastPass extension, and clear cache and cookies (all time) on the browser

3. Close completely and reopen the browser,install the extension again, log back in, and verify if the issue persists
