I'm having the same issue on the Mac desktop app. I can't open the record to edit it. Seems a fairly basic screw up. Do they not test these things before releasing an update?

Can you please confirm if this item was shared by another LastPass user? If so, these cannot be edited.

If this issue is isolated to just some Vault items, have you tried copying, deleting, then recreating the entries?
