Hello everyone and thank you for your help.
My daughter is a family member of my lastpass account.In the group we have dual authentication enabled with the Microsoft Authenticator (MA) app.
My daughter was using the MA app on her cell phone but a few days ago she had to factory reset it.
Now she has installed the MA app.
The problem is that I cannot add her Lastpass account to her MA app.
The only QR code I have is mine BUT I can't get the QR code from my daughter's Lastpass account because it has double authentication.
How can I resolve this?
