Autofill for chrome on MacOs stopped working

Question

Removing the chrome extension and re-adding it immediately fixes it

But after about a day it stops working again

I've cycled through removing it and adding it back a few times already with the same result

Version 4.140.2

MacOS: Sequoia 15.3.2

Chrome 135.0.7049.41
