Stop improve save and fill turning itself on

I keep disabling improve save and fill inside the dashboard as it's buggy but from time to time it turns itself back on. This raises questions of security which is the core of LastPasses business and should be a priority fix. Is there any way to keep it disabled?

I wanted to add that certain account settings in LastPass are currently tied to your local browser's cache. When this gets cleared, some personal settings will also revert to default. In the future, these personal settings will be tied to the account itself.

To simply report a bug to our team, click your logged in LastPass icon at the top of the web browser. After choosing 'Account', you will see another menu offering several options including 'Report a bug'. This will then open a new browser tab where you may begin to fill out the support form.

Thanks for your response. Unless I'm misinterpreting your response removing the ability to disable a buggy feature doesn't sound like a smart business move. Why not a) fix the buggy feature (it causes the browser to auto scroll to the bottom of the page on some sites) or b) remove the buggy feature instead of the ability to disable it? This also doesn't address the issue of how it is able to turn itself back on inside the dashboard. Thanks

I tried. This method is the only way I can contact the support team. Another odd business decision.

OMG you make nightmares for me!

I wrote to the support not only once and clarified it that you have a HUGE UX issue with your so called "improved" what is not improved at all "save and fill" feature.

Test it yourself. Having several items saved for the same website to login, then how do you select the right account you want to use this time to login? In the past, you had a magnifier glass to select the appropriate account. But now with the new UX you deleted this feature at all!

So WHEN are you going to fix this?

I have written for more than one year every some month to your company without being heard, why???

The same issue is happening to our users, specifically in regards to the browser auto scrolling to the bottom of the page mentioned by the previous user.

Disabling "Improved Save and Fill" used to be our solution but now this option seems to have been removed on a recent update

I keep seeing that "Use improved save and fill" is going to soon be the only option available with no way to turn it off. I am a paid user, and this is not acceptable. "Use improved save and fill" is a buggy piece of junk and it looks awful (like someone threw up on my screen).

Please don't respond that I need to contact support because I have ...there response was to show me how to turn it off. All well and good except it keeps turning back on whenever I close the browser window. We all need to know that the "Use improved save and fill" option is not being forced down our throats. Please ensure that the option to turn it off remains and that it doesn't turn back on by itself (for whatever reason).

Hi, I see the disable improved save and fill is now gone. For two years people have been saying that it does not work. We get the same answer again and again: "Tell us which sites". And then we tell you: "90% of all sites.". And then it repeats. This literally breaks your product and for two years you did not care. Tell us which options you would overthink if you were in our position.

I finally had enough. I recommend NordPass to anyone else who is tired of dealing with this. I've recently made the transition to NordPass and am very happy with it.
