Share Lastpass entries

Hi,

I wanted to share all of the passwords with another person, all the passwords are in one folder, en its just one person.

First i tried it with an free account, but then i recieved an anouncment about Lastpass family..

Because it was not working, i orderd a Premium license, but still i recive the message about Lastpass family.

I have uploaded a printscreen of the 'error' message. Please take note, it is not the account i'm using right now.

I hope someone is able to assist me with this problem.

However, to sharefolders with multiple individuals requires a LastPass Families account. Please review our plan comparison here:https://www.lastpass.com/pricing

Hi, thank you for the feedback. As a Premium user, you should be able to share your passwords in a folder with another person. Are you still experiencing an issue with this action? If so, this support article may help:https://support.lastpass.com/help/how-do-i-invite-users-or-groups-to-a-shared-folder

The Families message is intended to educate on additional plan options. If you dismiss it via the 'x', it should be removed from your LastPass experience. If this message keeps occurring, let us know and we'll take a look!

i already tried closing the popup message with the x only then i do not get the screen where i can share the passwords..

Oke than thats clear to me. Before it was possbele to share a folder with the free/premium license.

Can i Upgrade the account to an Business Teams License for free? (so i do not pay 1year for premium and the same year for teams) ??

Unfortunately, we're not able to convert a Premium license to a Teams account. In order to purchase Teams, you would need to create a new account and then link your existing Premium account. Please find instructions for adding current LastPass users to Teams here:https://support.lastpass.com/help/add-users-to-lastpass-teams-lp010081

However, if you choose to move to Families, the amount you paid for Premium would apply to the Families purchase, so it would only cost the difference with the plan tier. More information can be found here:https://support.lastpass.com/help/upgrading-from-lastpass-premium-to-lastpass-families-faqs
