LogMeIn web app logs me out automatically when I login everytime, I tried to clear cache still no luck. I have a premium account. Logging in via chrome extension works, but I cannot save 2 factory authentication settings or update my mobile number.

Could someone help?

So this is only happening when you sign in directly to LastPass through the web browser? Does it happen if you sign in using an Incognito browser tab? You may need to clear the cookies as well as the cache.
