Issues With Samsung-T220 Pad

Hi guys!

Every time I use LastPass on my pad, I have to manually type in the password, even though I never opt to logout of LastPass. How can I fix this?

Hi Henry,
My apologies for the late response to your email.
I followed the advice that I found on the link (reinstalling the app, making sure not to select auto logout nd clearing the cache last night. It worked initially but today when I opened my tablet, the same problem returned. I don't have this problem with any other app. Can you advise please?

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. Did you setup auto lock in your phone? This would also require you to type your Master Password, enter a PIN or you can also setup passwordless so it only uses your biometrics instead.

If you have not setup auto lock or auto log out. You can also try the steps from this article.
