Same issue, it's why I came here. It's maddening.

Same here. It is very frustrating and makes me query why I should pay for a Premium Account!
None of the settings you mentioned are set, so I shouldn't be logged out due to inactivity. I'll try clearing the cache and reinstalling when I have the opportunity. I'm not inclined to spend a ton of time on this, as this is clearly a change that has happened somewhere along the lines. It's consistent that every day or so, I need to log in again.
Thanks.
Same issue here. Any time I restart the browser or reboot it wants me to log in again. Even with passwordless using passkeys it VERY often takes several tries to get it to actually work. Sometimes it will take windows Hello to login, sometimes a phone login, or an authentication code. Infuriatingly inconsistent and annoying.
Thank you for your reply.
In this case, I believe the reason of getting constantly log out is due to something in the cache/cookies oreven might be that the extension version has not updated properly to the recent Version 4.141.0. Try following the steps above and that should fix the issue.
Here's some more information: First, I'm on the latest version of the plug in - using Firefox (latest) on a Mac. Second, yesterday, I had to log in using my master password. Stayed logged in all day long. This morning, I have to log in again, with the browser still running from yesterday. I know this given I have used this software daily for easily more than a decade (maybe close to two). Also interesting is that the MFA is not triggered, just the master password. If this were some caching thing, then the behavior wouldn't be so consistent. Tomorrow morning, I 100% expect that I will need to enter in my master password again.
This is clearly a logout thing added to the software in recent updates, and poorly implemented as if you really wanted to log me out, you would ask for the MFA again. And you please pass this to your tech people? Thanks.
So, this is chalked up to a user issue? not a software issue?
I have a serious problem with software manufacturers pushing the issues of their software onto their users. I also think clearing caches and deleting ALL cookie is extremely poor service. Consider how many things that are stored in my cookies that I'd like to hang on to, and the cascading of issues and inefficiencies that this creates. It's bad enough I need to log into your software every day (when for many, many years I didn't have to)
If there were specific cookies that you could document, then I'd be fine with targeting my testing, and possibly using my expertise to help you solve your problem. But brushing this off, especially seeing how many others are complaining about the same thing, is reason enough to replace your tool with something better supports.
