If the account is paid, the subscription is valid for 1 year, prior the expiration date, the system will generate a notification via email. If you're not able to access the account, message me privately the email address of your LastPass account to check your settings.

Thanks KarolH. How do I message you privately, please? I searched with "private message" & did not see how.
Meanwhile, the email in my Community "Settings" (I cannot see one in my Profile) is the same as the one I see at log in when I launch LP from the extension icon, i.e. wh.......4@gmail When I am sure that I'm private messaging you, I will send the only other likely email address. (Just because I am paranoid, it doesn't mean "they" aren't out to get me) (:-)
Hi KarolH. I've PM'd you with all email addresses but do not seem to be getting any replies. Can you suggest why? I am clicking the envelope icon up near my icon but that leads to "No messages".

You'll need to click on my highlighted name, once you do it will show my profile and then you can click on the "Send Message" button.
I have checked, and believe that what you said is what I am doing as I can see my PMs to you, but I cannot see any FROM you.
If I click on the envelope icon near my icon, it opens the PM Inbox but says "No Messages"
I have gone through my setting too and believe I have set up to receive PMs.
I am getting notifications for my subscriptions but not for PMs if that helps.
I PMd another moderator too and I'm not getting anything from him either, so I guess there's some setting(s) I have not turned on. Can you suggest, please? I will kick myself when I get this sorted😂

Somehow I seem to have started this thread with "Wazza1" / New member, then continued with
