Can't Upgrade to premium

I had a premium acoount that didn't renew because my credit card expired. I tried to upgrade to premium with a new card, I got an error message. I'm currently trying a family trial, but I prefer the premium plan. How do I upgrade?

I am sorry about the issue you are having. In order to obtain premium, I will need to cancel your Families Trial. However, I see there is another user in the trial. This user will also have the trial cancelled, please let me know if you want to proceed.
