Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. I've recently re-built my Windows10 machine and noticed that LastPass is no longer requiring me to enter my Master PW when I try to open my vault. It did previously. Is a new behavior for the product?

You can set Automatic Log Out settings within your LastPass web browser extension Preferences to keep you logged in, which may be causing you to not need to enter your master password when opening the Vault.
