Formatted computer and lost my Master Password

Hello dear lastpass team, I formatted my computer a few days ago, but due to my carelessness, I lost many of my passwords saved on the computer. Among these passwords was the password I used for "LastPass". When I sent an e-mail link to reset my password, the password hint that I registered while creating the account was shown to me, but I only remember part of the hint, the other part is too complex to remember. I initiated a LastPass account recovery request, but because I formatted the computer, all cookies and data related to "LastPass" were deleted, so the recovery request failed. Please post a link to my gmail account to reset my password. If you request, I can present the parts I remember in the tip to the LastPass team. Please help me my very important accounts are registered to LastPass

I am afraid there is nothing we can do, the only way to assess you vault data is to correctly enter your Master Password. Recovery one-time passwords are created on your computer using your Master Password when you sign in, as you have formatted you hard drive any that were on your computer are gone so recovery is impossible. I see that you generated some standard one use passwords for your account at some point, if you saved them some place other than your computer you could use them to sign in and copy out your data one site at a time.

Are you kidding dude, all my passwords are there and my mail account is connected to lastpass but I can't get my password back, are you really kidding? This is really ridiculous, thank you for your lousy service.

Hello, I forgot the password on the Lastpass account and unfortunately due to your infamous return I am unable to reset my password even though I have an email address. And I was trying to login by guessing my password because I remember part of my password but now my account is suspended, Explain what it takes to unsuspend my account or send a link to the email address linked to my account to fix the suspension. because i almost remember my password and i'm about to login to my account and now it's giving this error you didn't help so far at least help now LastPass Team

If you have attempted to log in to your LastPass account with 8 unsuccessful login attempts, you will encounter a message that your account has been temporarily suspended because of too many login attempt failures.

This "soft lockout"period will last 5 minutes, after which time you can attempt to log in to LastPass again.

You failed to protect your LastPass Master Password in a safe place OFF OF YOUR COMPUTER.

When you reformatted your computer, likely a necessary and important function at the time.... you didn't remember your LastPass Master Password was recorded somewhere in there. That result is not definitive of LastPass being a 'lousy' service as you mistakenly alledge.

I have found LastPass to be a user-friendly, ROBUST, feature-rich and emmently SECURE service for protecting the combination of your various web-sites, and the related userIDs and passwords. The KEY to protecting that information from the billions of terrorists and criminal miscreants is exactly the ROBUST and prudent security measures LastPass employs across the gamut of their service.

The SINGLE most important thing they (i.e. LastPass) stridently points out is that YOU must crucially protect your LastPass Master Password someplace safe, and that means NOT on your primary computer resource.
