Hello,

So as you can see from the title, I am getting "We couldn't find the private key required for decrypting shared passwords." error. I tried everything that was suggested on the support page, but it still didn't resolve my issue. By any chance, maybe anyone could help me to resolve this issue, as I am getting this error every time I access my "Sharing Center".

If you are trying to share an item or accept a shared item but encounter this error, it means that either you have never created a Sharing Key or that your Sharing Key was created but became corrupt and must be recreated.

Apologies as we're not sure exactly which steps/support article you've viewed and tried before. Did you try the steps here to make sure sharing keys have been generated for your Vault?https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/how-do-i-generate-sharing-keys-for-lastpass

We've also done a refresh on your account, could you try logging out and logging back in to LastPass and having any Shared item invites re-sent to you to see if you can then accept?

I did see that support article when I initially did a google search for a solution. I don't have the ability to generate a key so I must already have one like the article suggested. Can you help me delete it?

Hi@"anguyen", support has cleared the existing sharing keys from your account. If you are currently signed in, please sign out and sign back in through the browser extension to generate new ones.

I've searched everywhere and reached this thread. I am experiencing the same issue and followed the steps but still not resolved. I no longer have in the option to Generate Sharing Keys too. Please help me out.
