A forced reset of MFA was initiated by LastPass but it was a few months ago. A most recent one for users who used Grid as multifactor occurred as it is no longer supported. It could be possible that your users never logged out from their accounts which is why they were not forced to reset the MFA before. However, if you wish to further check this please contact our support team to continue investigating.

Hi Henry, I already have a support ticket open but no one has replied to it. None of the employees use Grid & it seems unlikely that they would get all the reset at the same time if it was due to them never logging out. Can you please assist with chasing the support ticket? The ticket is 02584423.
