Welcome to the LastPass Community. We apologize for the inconvenience. This is happening because your master password was saved on your browser's password manager.
To resolve this issue please do the following:
-click on the ellipsis (three black dots on the top, right hand side of your screen) or the three lines
- hover your mouse over passwords and autofill
-selectpassword manager
-click on passwords (here you need to erase the master password for LastPass that you have saved on the Google password manager
-then click on settings
-disable the "Offer to save passwords" setting
Once you do that, the issue should be resolved.
