I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. Our records show multiple different attempts where a verification email was sent. However, the last IP address from where you tried to log in has not been whitelisted. Please try to log in, then check your inbox for the email from LastPass and verify. Once verified, try to log in again and it should go through.
Please note that the email is only sent if the correct Master Password is used.
