Why is it so hard to delete my account

Question

I have spent the last two hours trying to delete my account.

I have used the link which gives me a blank pop up, i have tried multiple browsers , different modes , read everything i could find on a forum and now find myself having to post on a public forum for support.

The link to delete my account does not work. Can you please advise how i can delete my account

so ive provided my details and you have asked me to put in a call us request which is only available for premium members.

Can you please provide a pathway for free users to delete their account
